2nd. Like a bear, with three ribs in its mouth,

3rd.  Like an Leopard, with four wings like a bird and four heads,

4th.  Great and terrible with ten horns, great iron teeth --little horn.

IV.  THIRD YEAR OF THE REIGN OF BELSHAZZAR

8:

Goat

Daniel’s vision of the ram and he-goat battle (Persia & Greece) (1-8)

       Little horn comes up and treads down the sanctuary (9-14)

A king stands up who defiles the sanctuary (Antiochus Epiphanies)

 

 

 

V.   FIRST YEAR OF DARIUS THE MEDE

Daniel's prayer for his people. (9:1-19)

Seventy weeks (“sevens”) to Messiah followed by the destruction of Jerusalem. (9:20-27)
